As a young boy, Dr Delport developed an interest in orthodontics and made it his goal to join this wonderful profession. Dr. Delport qualified as a dentist in 1971 at the University of Pretoria, and in 1986 as a specialist in orthodontics at Stellenbosch University.
Dr Delport taught orthodontics as a senior lecturer at Stellenbosch University and was also previously part of the South African Society of Orthodontics executive committee as treasurer.
Dr Delport has a flourishing specialist practice – dedicated to excellence in orthodontics, situated in Bloemfontein. He maintains his academic interests by attending numerous local and international congresses.
When Dr Delport is not creating smiles, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. Dr Delport loves to stay active in his community and professional organizations.
