If you are expecting an orthodontist to show in a member list and they're not, consider the following:

  1. Member's are listed alphabetically by 'Last name' - you can browse through the list looking for the member's last name.

  2. The member search will search partial words - a search for van under 'Last name' will return all members with the letters van in their last name.

  3. Member information is not always complete - if a member does not appear for a 'Location' then search for them by 'Last Name' only.

    Members can enter complete information by logging in and editing their details.

  4. The member may not be paid-up - members are invited to contact SASO to rectify this.

  5. The orthodontist may not be a member of SASO yet - they are invited to contact SASO for further information on registration.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging in, consider these alternatives:

  1. Passwords are CaSe SenSitiVE: type in your password exactly as provided.

  2. The password does not work or is not known: request a new password by supplying your username and primary email address registered with the website. A new, randomly generated password will be emailed to you using your primary email address.

  3. The username is not known: request a username reminder by supplying your primary email address registered with the website. Your username will be emailed to you using your primary email address.

  4. The email address is not known, has changed or is not registered with the website: contact SASO, providing your full name and preferred email address.

  5. You are not yet a member of SASO: contact SASO, requesting membership, providing all relevant information to support your membership.
