Can orthodontic treatment be done on all adults?
Sadly no. Some adults have gums that have receded so much that orthodontic treatment cannot be done. Other adults have shallow roots from years of abuse. If your mouth has been really abused, it is sometimes impossible for you to get orthodontic treatment. Still, you should contact your orthodontist to be sure.
